How do you learn how to build, and maintain suspense? Suspense is the key to real mind control. If you think of a suspenseful story, it tempts you with a little bait, and draws you in. You chase it to learn more, and you seem to be understanding. Then, a twist in the plot overturns what you thought you knew. Conspiracy theories seem to operate with similar structure. New agey stuff can do likewise, and get people to chase something. Any thoughts on this?

Great question!! Wait... can you hang on for just a moment? Let me show you something.....

That's it... you congruently tell them HOW they are going to respond to something without telling them WHAT it is.
Keep in mind you have to give them something eventually or else they get very annoyed but you can drag it on to the next thing.

After a series of these suspenseful events they become dependent on you ... or freaked out... or annoyed.
